BULAC is open to anybody aged over 18 and there is no entrance fee.
It is free to registration with the BULAC but there are two steps to registering:
With your registration, you can take better advantage of the BULAC catalogue. Via your reader account, you can create lists of lists de references, suggest purchases and request digital document copies.

Students from other countries
Students from other countries registered with the BULAC can visit the open access areas of the library and order up to 10 documents a day to be brought out from our collections.
Please note that the BULAC always has many visitors and you are recommended to arrive when the library opens.
Teachers / researchers from other countries

Authorized teachers/researchers from other countries
If you are invited by one of the nine organizations belonging to the GIP BULAC (BULAC Public Interest Group), you benefit from an accreditation which gives you the right to borrow documents (5 in 21 days). The accreditation is given by a GIP member institution (and approved by its president/director or a laboratory director) to a teacher or researcher from France or other countries who is invited to that institution for at least a semester.
